This KVR400D2N3/1G Memory is 128M x 64-bit (1GB) DDR2-400 CL3 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory module. The components on this module include sixteen 64M x 8-bit (16M x 8-bit x 4 Bank) DDR2-400 SDRAM in FBGA packages. This DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +1.8V.
