JVC KW-NT30HD SD USB DVD Mp3 Bluetooth HD Radio +GPS Navigation
You're getting quite a road trip companion with JVC's KW-NT30HD navigation receiver. Maps and driving directions help you stay on course, and you can play your iPod®, enjoy digital HD Radio™, broadcasts, make hands-free calls, watch movies while you're parked, and even plug in your iPhone® and play audio from your favorite apps.
Easy-to-read maps and driving directions
Flat maps are fine, but sometimes you want to look deeper to get a better idea of where you are. The KW-NT30HD gives you lots of ways to view your maps, including a magnified split-screen view that shows you a closeup of your current location next to a broader overview of the area. You can check out the local speed limit at a glance, and the KW-NT30HD will even let you know what lane you should be in for your next maneuver. Text-to-speech technology calls out the name of the street for your next turn, letting you keep your eyes on the road.
You can update your maps through the SD™-card slot — you can even copy your own points-of-interest from Google Maps on your home computer, then load them onto the KW-NT30HD using the SD card.
Tap into the great sound and digital power of HD Radio™
HD Radio pumps up the sound quality of participating local stations, so that FM approaches CD quality, while AM sounds like traditional FM. And HD Radio really gives you your bass back, so you'll notice a big difference if you have subs. Plus, stations can broadcast additional content on a secondary frequency — for example, your local NPR station might broadcast the BBC news feed on their "HD-2" channel. As an added bonus, connect your iPod® or iPhone® and tune into an HD Radio station, and you can "tag" the songs you like for purchasing later from the iTunes store.
iheartradio gives you over 750 free radio stations
Download the free iheartradio iPhone app and you'll get over 750 of America's favorite local radio stations, as well as channels hosted by Christina Aguilera, the Eagles, Weezer, and others. Once you connect your iPhone, you can navigate iheartradio stations using the KW-NT30HD's touchscreen. You'll see album art and song info, plus you can use iheartradio's search screen to find music.
Save your favorite stations as you go, and you'll have easy access to them later. You can dial in your hometown stations while you're out of town, too. iheartradio also gives you local traffic reports, which is nice if you're ever out of range of an HD Radio station.
Hands-free calling, plus listen to iPhone apps
Built-in Bluetooth® technology lets you make hands-free calls in your vehicle. When a call comes in, the receiver mutes the music and you'll hear the caller over your vehicle's speakers. You can mount the included microphone in a convenient spot for maximum sound quality.
If you're an iPhone user, you can send audio from your apps to the KW-NT30HD over the Bluetooth connection. For instance, you can run your PANDORA® Internet radio app and listen to it over your speakers. You can also stream tunes you've loaded on any other compatible device.
Bluetooth note: Bluetooth compatibility of this device may vary, depending on your phone and service provider.
Great for your iPod or iPhone
Just connect your iPod or iPhone to the front USB slot, and you'll be using the receiver's controls to browse your tunes and playlists in no time. JVC's 2-Way Control lets your passengers use the iPod itself to control your music while it's connected to the radio — and you'll still see song details on the display.

Info from JVC
Detachable face
The KW-NT30HD features a detachable face — great security if you park on a city street. JVC includes a really nice soft case so you can keep it free from scratches.
Music and movies
Watch your favorite DVDs while you're parked, or connect a screen in the back so your passengers can watch while you drive. iPhone users can stream movies through the Netflix app when the car is parked. The KW-NT30HD gives you lots of ways to play your digital tunes, too. You can load your favorite MP3 and WMA files on a CD, USB drive, or SD card — the KW-NT30HD will play 'em all. Load a DVD full of music files and you'll have enough tunes for a road trip from Boston to San Diego.
A powerful amplifier belts out your music and movies, while a 7-band EQ adjusts the sound for your vehicle. Add an optional satellite radio tuner for access to a wealth of entertainment. Three sets of gold-plated preamp outputs let you add amps and subs for a complete car entertainment system.
Want to keep your car's steering wheel audio controls?
In most vehicles, you can use an adapter to connect your vehicle's steering wheel controls to this JVC stereo. Connect a few wires, then program the adapter for your particular car and the JVC, and you'll retain the convenience of your steering wheel controls. Check for compatible adapters.
